Right to work
Evidence held against the record with a visible status and an expiry where one applies.
One board, every person, every requirement. Red, amber, green — and a reminder long before anything turns red.
Right to work, DBS, visas, professional registrations, licences, insurance and mandatory training, rolled into a status per person and per location. Amber means it expires soon; red means it already has, and TaskBit has been telling you about it for weeks.

An append-only record of sensitive actions: pay runs, permission changes, publishes and exports.
Data-subject export and delete built into the product.
