Do you have lone-worker panic alerts?
No — TaskBit is not a lone-worker safety device and we will not imply otherwise. It covers attendance, missed clock-in alerting and shift records; a dedicated lone-worker alarm remains a separate product.
What about sites with no mobile signal?
The app queues the punch with its true timestamp and syncs when signal returns. The record shows both times, so the gap is explainable.
Can a client see their own site’s coverage?
Yes, through the client portal — scoped strictly to their sites and their workers. See agency and client portal.
Can we manage sub-contracted officers?
Yes. Vendors have their own coordinator view of their worker pool, availability and assigned shifts, without visibility of the rest of your operation.
