Do I need to prepare anything?
A normal week’s rota in whatever format you keep it — spreadsheet, PDF, photo of the wall planner. That is enough for us to mirror your week.
Will you try to sell me the biggest plan?
No. If Core covers what you described, we will say so. Recommending Pro to a team that does not run payroll in TaskBit just creates a cancellation in month three.
Can my managers join?
Please bring them. The people building the rota every week ask the questions that matter most.
Do you help with migration?
Yes — staff lists, locations and leave balances can be imported. We will tell you honestly which parts are manual.
